Where is SOAPSTAR available?

The SOAPSTAR products are available exclusively on our webshop. Go to the shop and order your favorite SOAPSTAR product (s) here.

Can I also buy the SOAPSTAR products in a store?

From the beginning of 2021, SOAPSTAR products will also be on sale in various stores. We will let you know which stores as soon as possible. To find out which store in your area sells SOAPSTAR, please contact us at customercare@soapstar.nl – our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

What are your COVID-19 measures?

We find a safe ‘shopping experience’ on our webshop extremely important. SOAPSTAR therefore takes all necessary measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The entire team is well informed and will at all times take the correct precautions in terms of hygiene and distance – we follow the guidelines of the RIVM.

ORDER

How fast will my order be shipped?

Orders before 14:00 are shipped the same day on working days. Orders after 14:00 or on weekends will be shipped the next working day.

Which payment methods do you offer?

You can pay for your order in different ways. We offer the following options: iDeal, Paypal, AMEX, Mastercard and ApplePay .

The product I want is sold out, what can I do?

That’s too bad! We quickly replenish our stocks. Did you know that our products are available in three very fine fragrances? Perhaps the sold-out product is available in a different fragrance. But if you prefer that one product, sign up for the waiting list. As soon as your favorite product is back in stock, you will receive a message from us.

I have not yet received a confirmation, but I have paid. What next?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, we advise you to check the spam folder in your inbox first. If you cannot find the e-mail and you still have not received a confirmation e-mail after an hour, please send a screenshot of the payment receipt to customercare@soapstar.nl . The SOAPSTAR team will get back to you as soon as possible with the status of your order.

My order is incomplete. What can I do?

We’re sorry about that. If you have received an incomplete order, we ask you to send an email to customercare@soapstar.nl stating your order number. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

How does SOAPSTAR handle my privacy?

What information does SOAPSTAR collect about me?

SOAPSTAR processes, among other things, the following data: name and address details, bank details, e-mail address, possibly date of birth, possibly telephone number and IP address. Are all SOAPSTAR products animal cruelty free?

We love animals, which is why all SOAPSTAR products are completely animal cruelty free and 100% vegan. We will never conduct animal testing and guarantee that our suppliers do not either.

Is SOAPSTAR suitable for sensitive skins?

All SOAPSTAR products are carefully made of pure and 100% natural ingredients. We do not use synthetic ingredients and avoid any unnecessary ingredients to avoid irritation. This makes SOAPSTAR suitable for all skin types and also for sensitive skin.

 

Note: natural substances can also cause an allergic reaction in some people. The allergens that occur in SOAPSTAR are: Benzyl Benzoate, Citral, Citronellol, Cimmonal, Coumarin, Eugenol, Farnesol and Geraniol.

Why isn’t SOAPSTAR soap foamy?

Synthetic substances are normally added to make soap foam a lot. These additives can cause skin irritation in some people. That’s why we only use totally natural and pure ingredients.

RETURN

Can I return a product?

Of course. You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt – provided the hygiene seal is not broken. If the 14 days have passed, please let us know via customercare@soapstar.nl. We’ll try to find a possible solution together.

How do I return a product/ order?

If you want to return a product, send a message via the contact form with your order number and the reason for return. We will ensure that you receive a return form from DHL so that you can return the order.

I don't live in the Netherlands. How do I return my order?

In this case, please contact us at customercare@soapstar.nl or directly via the contact form. Include your contact details, order number and possibly IBAN. We will get back to you as soon as possible with more information about your return.

Can I return a product?

Of course! We can package the order for you. You can even order a gift for someone else and surprise them. This service costs €… How do you do this? Indicate it with your order and we will ensure that it is shipped beautifully packaged.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

When do I receive my order?

All our orders within the Netherlands are shipped via DHL. After your order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive a Track & Trace code containing a confirmation of the delivery time. If you want to find out the location and the delivery time, keep an eye on the DHL Track & Trace page with your personal code.

My order has not yet been delivered, where is my package?

If you have not yet received the order, we recommend that you first consult the Track & Trace code in the confirmation email of your delivery service. If you have not yet received a message – nor a Track & Trace code – please contact us at customercare@soapstar.nl . We’ll try and find a solution tot he problem. Tip: also check the spam folder in your inbox. Sometimes messages end up there.
